  • Location Matters: Coops and chicken runs must be positioned at least six (6) feet away from side and rear property lines. They are exclusively allowed in the rear yard of your home.
  • Size Restrictions: Coops have size limits to ensure harmony with the surroundings. The footprint of any coop should not exceed sixty square feet. Additionally, the coop’s highest point must not exceed seven feet.
