  • Number of Chickens: The number of chickens allowed per household is limited to one chicken for every 3,000 square feet of lot area.
  • Roosters Not Permitted: Roosters cannot be kept on residential properties. Only hens are permitted.
  • Secure and Well-Enclosed Coops: Chickens must be kept in a secure, well-enclosed coop on the property.
  • Minimum Distance from Property Lines: The chicken coop must be located at least 15 feet away from all property lines, except in cases where the coop is adjacent to other properties with similar animals.
