  • Chickens must be kept in a secure and enclosed coop that is at least 25 feet from any adjacent dwelling unit or property line.
  • The coop must be well-ventilated, predator-resistant, and kept clean and odor-free. They must be no taller than 6 feet and offer 4 square feet per bird inside the coop and 10 in the run.
  • Roosters are not allowed within the city limits.
